General Questions
We are a marketplace connecting talented freelancers with clients worldwide. Our platform makes it easy to find, hire, and manage freelance services across various categories.
Simply create a free account, browse available services, and place your first order. If you're a freelancer, you can create your profile and start offering your services immediately.
Yes! Registration is completely free for both buyers and freelancers. We only charge a small service fee on completed transactions.
For Buyers
Browse services, select an offering that meets your needs, choose a package, provide project details, and complete the payment. The freelancer will then start working on your order.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
We use a secure two-step payment process to protect both you and the freelancer:
- Authorization (Order Placement): When you place an order, we authorize the payment on your card. This blocks the funds but doesn't charge you yet. You'll see it as a pending transaction in your bank.

Capture (Delivery Approval):
The actual charge happens when:
- You approve the delivered work, OR
- 7 days pass after delivery without your response (automatic approval)
If you cancel the order before delivery, the authorization is voided and the hold on your funds is released immediately - no refund wait time needed.
Most packages include revisions. You can request changes to the delivered work within 7 days. Be specific about what needs to be adjusted, and the freelancer will update it. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can contact our support team for assistance.
Each package includes a specific number of revisions (Basic: 1, Standard: 2, Premium: 3-5). After delivery, you have 7 days to request changes. Simply click "Request Revision" and explain what needs to be adjusted. The freelancer will review your request and deliver the updated work.
Revisions are for adjusting existing work within the original scope. You can request:
- Color, font, or style changes
- Fixing errors or typos
- Tweaking existing elements
- Quality improvements as promised
Adding new features, pages, or completely changing the project direction requires a new order.
If you've used all your included revisions, you can accept the work as-is, place a new order for additional changes, or open a dispute if the work doesn't match the original description. Many freelancers are happy to create custom offers for additional revision rounds.
Delivery time varies by service and package. Each offering clearly displays the delivery time before you place your order. Freelancers are committed to meeting these deadlines.
For Freelancers
After registration, go to your dashboard and create a new offering. Choose a service category, describe your offering, set up pricing packages, and publish it for buyers to see.
After an order is completed, your earnings go through a 7-day holding period for quality assurance. Once this period ends, you can withdraw your funds to your bank account.
Withdrawal Requirements:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 USD
- Available on-demand (no forced batches)
- Processed within 1-3 business days
Payment Security: When a buyer places an order, we authorize (block) the payment on their card without charging immediately. The actual charge only happens when you deliver the work and the buyer approves it, or automatically after 7 days if the buyer doesn't respond.
We charge a service fee on each completed transaction. The fee structure is clearly explained in your dashboard. There are no upfront fees or monthly charges.
