1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on our platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Services and Payments
Our platform facilitates connections between freelancers and clients. We provide the infrastructure for these transactions but are not a party to the agreement between freelancers and clients.
All fees and charges are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.
5. Freelancer Obligations
Freelancers agree to:
- Deliver services as described in their offerings
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Maintain the quality standards advertised
6. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- Provide clear project requirements
- Make timely payments for services ordered
- Communicate professionally with freelancers
- Provide feedback within agreed timelines
7. Revision Policy
Each service offering includes a specific number of revisions as defined by the package level (Basic, Standard, or Premium). The following terms apply to revisions:
7.1 Revision Limits
- Revision counts are clearly displayed before purchase
- Each package tier includes a specific number of revisions
- Once all revisions are used, no additional revisions are included
7.2 Revision Deadline
- Buyers must request revisions within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days, the revision window closes
- This deadline applies to all orders regardless of package type
7.3 Scope of Revisions
Revisions are intended for adjustments to delivered work within the original project scope. Valid revisions include:
- Corrections to errors or quality issues
- Adjustments to colors, fonts, styling, or formatting
- Minor modifications to better match original requirements
- Tweaks to existing elements or content
Revisions do NOT include:
- Adding new features or functionality not in the original description
- Complete redesigns or rewrites
- Additional pages, items, or deliverables beyond what was ordered
- Changes that significantly expand the project scope
7.4 Freelancer Rights
- Freelancers may reject revision requests that are outside the original scope
- Freelancers must provide a clear explanation when rejecting a request
- Freelancers are expected to complete valid revision requests promptly
7.5 Dispute Resolution
If there is disagreement about whether a revision request is within scope, either party may contact support for mediation. Our team will review the original project description and the revision request to make a fair determination.
8. Refund Policy
We operate a tiered refund system designed to protect both buyers and freelancers while ensuring fair resolution of issues.
8.1 Automatic Refunds (Tier 1)
Full refunds are processed automatically in the following cases:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, if work has not started
- Non-delivery by the agreed deadline without prior communication or approved extension
These refunds are instant and require no approval.
8.2 Mutual Agreement (Tier 2)
If both the buyer and freelancer agree on a refund amount, the refund can be processed immediately without platform intervention. We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably.
8.3 Revisions First (Tier 3)
For quality-related concerns, buyers must first use all available revisions included with their order before requesting a refund. This ensures the freelancer has the opportunity to address any issues.
- Request revisions within 7 days of delivery
- Use all included revisions for your package level
- Only after all revisions are exhausted may you request a refund
8.4 Dispute Resolution (Tier 4)
For complex disputes, our admin team will review evidence from both parties and make a final decision. This applies when:
- Delivered work does not match the offering description
- Quality issues persist after all revisions are exhausted
- Plagiarism or copyright violations are suspected
- Freelancer is unresponsive to revision requests
Process:
- Buyer submits refund request with evidence (screenshots, messages, files)
- Freelancer has 3 days to respond with counter-evidence
- Admin reviews both sides within 5 business days
- Decision may result in: full refund (100%), partial refund (50%), or no refund (0%)
- Admin decision is final
8.5 Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery
- After 7 days and all revisions exhausted, the refund window closes
- Automatic refunds: Instant processing
- Mutual agreement refunds: 1-2 business days
- Disputed refunds: 5-10 business days after admin decision
8.6 Special Cases
Freelancer Cancellation: If a freelancer cancels before delivery, buyers receive a full refund plus a 5-10% platform credit as an apology.
Buyer Harassment: If a buyer makes unreasonable demands or engages in harassment, the freelancer may request order cancellation. If approved by admin, the buyer receives a 50% refund and the freelancer receives 50% payment.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under specific conditions depending on the order status and timeline.
9.1 Immediate Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
If an order has been placed less than 24 hours ago and the freelancer has not yet started work, either party may cancel immediately with a full refund.
- Buyer receives 100% refund
- No impact on freelancer statistics
- Platform fees are fully refunded
9.2 Mutual Cancellation (After 24 Hours, Work Not Started)
After 24 hours but before work has started, cancellation requires mutual agreement between buyer and freelancer.
- Either party can request cancellation
- Other party must approve the request
- If approved: Full refund to buyer
- If rejected: Order continues
9.3 Partial Payment Cancellation (After Work Started)
If the buyer requests cancellation after the freelancer has started work, the freelancer is entitled to partial payment based on time invested.
Payment Calculation:
- Payment is calculated based on time elapsed since work started
- Minimum payment: 30% of order total
- Maximum payment: 90% of order total
- Formula: (days_worked / total_delivery_days) × order_total
Example: For a 7-day project cancelled after 3 days: Freelancer receives 43% of the order total, buyer is refunded 57%.
Both parties must agree to the cancellation. The system automatically calculates the fair payment split.
9.4 No Cancellation After Delivery
Once work has been delivered, cancellation is not available. Instead, buyers may:
- Request revisions (if revisions remain)
- Request a refund if deliverable does not match description
- Open a dispute for serious issues
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the platform and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage direct communication to resolve the issue. Our support team is available to mediate disputes if necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
